The Chat Shop wins HomeAgent Operation of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year Awards
On Friday 2 November, the first ever national UKCCF Awards Gala took place at Ricoh Arena, with hundreds of nominees from global companies across the United Kingdom. Before the 2018 event, the UKCCF’s awards had been regionally based. You might remember us winning 2 awards for the London and Southeast region in 2017!
Presented by UKCCF CEO Trevor Butterworth and hosted by comedian Jarred Christmas, the evening brought together nominees of the 21 award categories from across the UK, including yours truly from The Chat Shop.
Not to be cliché, but it was a genuine honour to be nominated in three categories: HomeAgent Operation of the Year, Digital Customer Service Team of the Year, and Recruitment Team of the Year. We still think we’re a small outfit with a startup, do-it-yourself attitude. We came expecting to have a good time, celebration our nominations, rub shoulders with the winners, and head home.
Do we have news for you: We’re winners! Taking home HomeAgent Operation of the Year and Digital Customer Service Team of the Year is a testament to our passion as people, innovative processes for customer-first contact, and company culture.
